1.2.1 Contact our customer support team within 2 days of receiving your order and provide them with your order details. 1.2.2 Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. 1.2.3 Pack the product securely in its original packaging, ensuring it is adequately protected for return shipping. 1.2.4 Clearly write the RMA number on the package. 1.2.5 Ship the package back to us using a reliable shipping method of your choice. Please note that the return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
1.3 Inspection and Approval: Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned in section 1.1. If the product is in the same condition as when it was delivered, we will approve the return.
